bgpd: review the hierarchy for bgp statistics in json format
- each statistics is encapsulated into concatenated "<afi><safi>" value.
- the json encoding for floating and double values is using json api
double api. this change is done for bgp statistics.
- the lines over 80 characters have been handled.
