bgpd: add counter of displayed show bgp summary when filtering
When filtering sessions on show bgp summary with failed, established,
neighbor and remote-as options, add a counter of displayed neighbors
in addition to the total number of neighbor :
"Displayed neighbors X"
ubuntu# show bgp summary failed remote-as external
