build: Take LUA_LIBS from pkg-config
Alpine Linux has LUA_LIB with a broken path, let's use pkg-config to grab
the LUA_LIBS properly.
checking for library containing lua_load... no
configure: error: Lua 5.3 libraries are required to build with Lua support. No other version is supported.
