2021-07-06lib, pimd: add address match mode to prefix listsDavid Lamparter
... the PIM code is kinda misusing prefix lists to match addresses. Considering the weird semantics of access-lists, I can't fault it. However, prefix lists aren't great at matching addresses by default, since they try to match the prefix length too. So, here's an "address match mode" for prefix lists to get that to work more reasonably. Fixes: #8492 Signed-off-by: David Lamparter <equinox@opensourcerouting.org>
2020-06-05lib: export prefix-lists functionsRafael Zalamena
Export all functions that are going to be used by the northbound. Signed-off-by: Rafael Zalamena <rzalamena@opensourcerouting.org>
2019-02-11lib: add extern "C" {} blocks to all libfrr headersRenato Westphal
These are necessary to use functions defined in these headers from C++. Signed-off-by: David Lamparter <equinox@diac24.net> Signed-off-by: Renato Westphal <renato@opensourcerouting.org>
2018-08-30bgpd/ospfd: resolve warnings for bgp/ospf json commitDon Slice

2018-08-30bgpd/ospfd: make bgp and ospf json response a bit more consistentDon Slice
Problem reported that some bgp and ospf json commands did not return any json output at all if the bgp/ospf instance did not exist. Additionally, some bgp and ospf json commands did not return any json output if the instance existed but no neighbors were defined. This fix makes these commands more consistent in returning empty braces for json output and issue a message if not using json output. Additionally, made the flag "use_json" a bool to make it consistent since previously, it had been defined as an int, char, u_char, and bool at various places. Ticket: CM-21040 Signed-off-by: Don Slice <dslice@cumulusnetworks.com>
2018-07-23libs, daemons: use const in route-map applyMark Stapp
Use 'const prefix *' in route-map apply apis; led to some corresponding changes in several daemons. Signed-off-by: Mark Stapp <mjs@voltanet.io>
2018-03-27*: use C99 standard fixed-width integer typesQuentin Young
The following types are nonstandard: - u_char - u_short - u_int - u_long - u_int8_t - u_int16_t - u_int32_t Replace them with the C99 standard types: - uint8_t - unsigned short - unsigned int - unsigned long - uint8_t - uint16_t - uint32_t Signed-off-by: Quentin Young <qlyoung@cumulusnetworks.com>
2018-03-06*: conform with COMMUNITY.md formatting rules, via 'make indent'Lou Berger

2017-08-31lib: Modify prefix_list_apply to allow retrieval of prefixDonald Sharp
Create a new function prefix_list_apply_which_prefix which will return a pointer to the matching prefix that caused the acceptance/denial. This change will be used in future commits. Signed-off-by: Donald Sharp <sharpd@cumulusnetworks.com>
2017-08-24ospf6d: properly update prefix list referencesDavid Lamparter
Register add/delete hooks with the prefix list code to properly change ospf6_area's prefix list in/out pointers. There are 2 other uncached uses of prefix lists in the ASBR route-map code and the interface code; these should probably be cached too. (To be fixed another day...) Fixes: #453 Signed-off-by: David Lamparter <equinox@opensourcerouting.org>
2017-07-17*: reindentreindent-master-afterwhitespace / reindent
indent.py `git ls-files | pcregrep '\.[ch]$' | pcregrep -v '^(ldpd|babeld|nhrpd)/'` Signed-off-by: David Lamparter <equinox@opensourcerouting.org>
2017-05-15*: make consistent & update GPLv2 file headersDavid Lamparter
The FSF's address changed, and we had a mixture of comment styles for the GPL file header. (The style with * at the beginning won out with 580 to 141 in existing files.) Note: I've intentionally left intact other "variations" of the copyright header, e.g. whether it says "Zebra", "Quagga", "FRR", or nothing. 2017-03-02lib: add stream.h, vty.h, zebra.h to plist.hQuentin Young
Since `afi_t` and `struct vty` are used in plist.h, the appropriate headers for them should be included. Signed-off-by: Quentin Young <qlyoung@cumulusnetworks.com>
2015-11-03lib: straighten out ORF prefix list supportDavid Lamparter
BGP ORF prefix lists are in a separate namespace; this was previously hooked up with a special-purpose AFI value. This is a little kludgy for extension, hence this splits it off. Signed-off-by: David Lamparter <equinox@opensourcerouting.org>
2015-11-03lib: hide internal prefix list structuresDavid Lamparter
These are about to be touched and there's no point in other code touching into prefix list's internas. Add some isolation. Signed-off-by: David Lamparter <equinox@opensourcerouting.org>

* (general) extern and static'ification of functions in code and header. Cleanup any definitions with unspecified arguments. Add casts for callback assignments where the callback is defined, typically, as passing void *, but the function being assigned has some other pointer type defined as its argument, as gcc complains about casts from void * to X* via function arguments. Fix some old K&R style function argument definitions. Add noreturn gcc attribute to some functions, as appropriate. Add unused gcc attribute to some functions (eg ones meant to help while debugging) Add guard defines to headers which were missing them. * command.c: (install_node) add const qualifier, still doesnt shut up the warning though, because of the double pointer. (cmp_node) ditto * keychain.c: (key_str2time) Add GET_LONG_RANGE() macro, derived fromn vty.h ones to fix some of the (long) < 0 warnings. * thread.c: (various) use thread_empty (cpu_record_hash_key) should cast to uintptr_t, a stdint.h type * vty.h: Add VTY_GET_IPV4_ADDRESS and VTY_GET_IPV4_PREFIX so they removed from ospfd/ospf_vty.h * zebra.h: Move definition of ZEBRA_PORT to here, to remove dependence of lib on zebra/zserv.h

* version.h.in: (pid_output*) add const qualifier. * command.h: Change DEFUN func to take const char *[] rather than char **, to begin process of fixing compile warnings in lib/. Nearly all other changes in this commit follow from this change. * buffer.{c,h}: (buffer_write) pointer-arithmetic is gccism, take const void * and cast an automatic const char *p to it. (buffer_putstr) add const * command.c: (zencrypt) const qualifier (cmd_execute_command_real) ditto (cmd_execute_command_strict) ditto (config_log_file) ditto. Fix leak of getcwd() returned string. * memory.{c,h}: Add MTYPE_DISTRIBUTE_IFNAME for struct dist ifname. * distribute.{c,h}: Update with const qualifier. (distribute_free) use MTYPE_DISTRIBUTE_IFNAME (distribute_lookup) Cast to char *, note that it's ok. (distribute_hash_alloc) use MTYPE_DISTRIBUTE_IFNAME. (distribute_get) Cast to char *, note that it's ok. * filter.c: Update with const qualifier. * if.{c,h}: ditto. * if_rmap.{c,h}: ditto. (if_rmap_lookup) Cast to char *, note that it's ok. (if_rmap_get) ditto. * log.{c,h}: Update with const qualifier. * plist.{c,h}: ditto. * routemap.{c,h}: ditto. * smux.{c,h}: ditto. Fix some signed/unsigned comparisons. * sockopt.c: (getsockopt_cmsg_data) add return for error case. * vty.c: Update with const qualifier.
