*: remove PRI[udx](8|16|32)
These are completely pointless and break coccinelle string replacements.
Scripted commit, idempotent to running:
```
python3 tools/stringmangle.py --pri8-16-32 `git ls-files | egrep '\.[ch]$'`
```
