	* heavy-wq.c: (heavy_wq_init) delay is gone from workqueue
	  spec.
	* aspath_test.c: (test_segments) Add an AS_SET with redundant
	  ASNs.
	  ({empty_prepend,prepend,parse}_test) add static qualifiers
